Yes, BizzSetu application will be available PAN India across all states and cities having access to internet. All you need is a stable internet connection and a device to access BizzSetu from anywhere.

No. BizzSetu is a transaction processing platform. We are not assisting any user / businessperson to get new customers like any other e-commerce company. We are here to digitalize your existing business model for optimized and efficient practices. However, as mentioned in earlier FAQ, BizzSetu will be available PAN India to provide access to users to transact with customers even in remotest areas in an easy and efficient manner.

BizzSetu application will be available in multiple regional languages. Right now, the application is available in English, Hindi and Tamil. We will keep on adding languages based on market requirement. Upcoming language options are Gujarati, Marathi and Kannada in the respective order.

BizzSetu is absolutely free for up to 10 connections registered under a business entity.
Beyond the limit of 10 connections, a user will be required to pay the subscription amount for adding more users and unlocking all features. You can add unlimited connections. Although BizzSetu does not help or support in any ways to onboard new clients, the increase in number of users and hassle-free business transactions will indirectly benefit the business owner to generate more revenues and profits.

BizzSetu is absolutely free for business owner engaging with up to 10 users. Business owners engaging with users beyond the limit of 10 will be required to pay a nominal fee, which shall be valid for a period of one year. The subscription will be required to be renewed annually.

To avail the benefits of the application including conducting of smooth transactions and communications, all transacting parties of the user will be required to use the application.

Sellers can send their bill details and bills to their broker and buyers over WhatsApp if they have not downloaded and are not registered on BizzSetu. Seller will not have to manually perform this task, as it can be done with just one click by the seller on the mobile app.

If the app stops working suddenly, probably there is an app update. We notify our users about an update beforehand but if you missed the notification and don’t know that the app stopped working because of an update, you can go the App Store if you are using an iPhone or Play Store if you are using Android and update the app. After updating the app if you are still unable to use the app, you can reach out to us anytime and we will be happy to serve you.

You will be notified just before your annual subscription will be ending. A notification will be sent to you 30 days before your subscription will end to remind you to renew your subscription.
